Special accessories- Rubber track

Amphibious Additional Function Series is developed for the special requirements of customers and application occasions. The chassis of amphibious all-terrain vehicle is adopted. It has good climbing and cross-country performance, strong ability to cross obstacles, flexible operation, surging power, and can still drive agilely under full load, and can adapt to all kinds of bad terrain.

In order to improve the passing performance of vehicles on soft ground and special road conditions, a rubber tracked vehicle is specially developed. After many tests and improvements, the Xibeihu tracked vehicle can easily cross snow, swamp, wetland, beach, desert and other special terrain.

Use matters needing attention:

Ø Avoid quick starting or turning the vehicle on sharp edged or projected ground.

Ø Keep the surface of rubber away from oil or grease. Wipe off immediately while it is oil stained.

Ø Avoid corrosion between rubber tracks and other components of the vehicle, especially on its inner circumference.

Ø Basically you have to apply the specified rubber track tension of the vehicle manufacture.

Ø When the rubber track teeth and joints are damaged, you should be replaced in time.

Ø When the vehicle is unused for a long time, the rubber track should be dismantled and cleaned of mud and other useless materials and stored indoors to avoid sunshine and rain.

Ø The rubber track would work well under the temperature between -25℃—55℃.
